    We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Technology team who are based at Hilmore House in Bradford.

    You’ll be leading a service delivery team centrally within Technology, supporting our retail colleagues and working closely with the stores and a range of other stakeholders. You’ll also lead relationships with some of our key Technology Partners who provide our Service Desks. Leading teams to implement service improvement plans across our incident, major incident, and problem management processes.     As our Service Delivery Manager you’ll be accountable for:

    • Managing a portfolio of services from across Technology Retail, managing senior business stakeholders and holding service reviews to keep them updated on the service they are receiving and service improvements are being made.

    • Maintaining overall financial management of OpEx costs for your service portfolio.

    • For service design and transition on any new or changed services to ensure smooth support when implemented by project teams.

    • Working closely with our Technology Commercial team to design, negotiate, implement and monitor service level agreements and ongoing management of our third-party resolver teams.

    • Managing service improvements for the services in your portfolio, working cross-functionally across Technology to drive business value.

    • Playing an active role in the Service Community across Technology to share best practice and ensure consistent ways of working.

    • Ensuring the configuration and knowledge management for your services are kept up to date.

    • Acting as a gatekeeper for Service within the technology Retail team to ensure we are doing the right thing to protect service.

    About You

    You’ll ideally have the following skills and experience:

    • Experience in managing multiple third party suppliers.

    • Track record of successfully leading and implementing service improvements.

    • Strong communication skills.

    • Credible influencing and stakeholder management skills across all levels.

    • Experience in managing a budget.

    • Track record of designing and transitioning services from project to BAU.

    • Experience and commercial awareness of service contracts.

    • Strong network and ability to quickly build strong relationships.

    • ITIL Foundation certification.

    Ways of Working

    The wellbeing of our colleagues is really important to us and we want everyone to have a great home and work life balance. Because of this we've introduced a four day working week for all full time colleagues based at Hilmore House in Bradford.

    You’ll be able to flex your working hours around the core hours of 10am-4pm, and can choose to do different hours each day as long as you’re covering these core hours. Each four day week will contain four average nine hour days.

    We've also recognised the benefits of working across six days including Saturdays. To be more competitive and support our stores and sites more effectively, we now work over a six day operation, Monday to Saturday inclusive, and everyone in Hilmore House now works one Saturday in every four (or 13 a year), albeit Saturday will be a shorter working day of 6 hours.

    Your non-working day will need to fit in with the business needs so more information about this and which day you'd take off will be discussed at your interview.
