TitleThemes of the Spanish CIP

 

ContentAccording to the principles of integrated approach and complementarity, Spain has selected 6 themes out of the 8 proposed by the Commission, with a budget of 515,4 Meuros (85.771 million of pesetas) over the 2000-2006 period. This themes are integrated in 4 fields, according to the 4 pillars of the European Strategy for Employment. Each project shall choose one of the 6 following themes:

  • Pillar 1: contentEMPLOYABILITY.

    • ContentFaciliter l'acces au marché de l'emploi de ceux qui éprouvent des difficultés à s'intégrer ou à se réintégrer dans un marché du travail qui doit être ouvert à tous
    • ContentLutter contre le racisme et la xénophobie en relation avec le marché du travail

  • Pillar 2: contentENTREPRENEURSHIP

      ContentOpening up the business creation process to all by providing the tools required for setting up business and for the identification and exploitation of new possibilities for creating employment in urban and rural areas.

  • Pillar 3: contentADAPTABILITY

      ContentSupporting the adaptability of firms and employees to structural economic change and the use of information technology and other new technologies.

  • Pillar 4: contentEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN AND MEN

    • ContentReconciling family and professional life as well as the re-integration of men and women who have left the labour market by developing more flexible and effective forms of work organisation and support services.
    • ContentReducing gender gaps and supporting job desegregation
