Workshop "Social Economy and sustainability".
Organized by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and the University of Castilla-La Mancha, the conference was held virtually and had more than a hundred registered attendees.
The inauguration was attended by the Minister of Economy, Business and Employment of Castilla-La Mancha, Patricia Franco, the General Director of Self-Employment, Social Economy and CSR of the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy, Maravillas Espín; and the Councilor for Economic Promotion of the Toledo City Council, Francisco Rueda; in addition to the professor of Business Organization at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Felipe Hernández Perlines.
Workshop participants were encouraged to explore the formulas and possibilities offered by the social economy when launching entrepreneurial initiatives, “to make a more prosperous, just, equal and sustainable region”.
