WE ARE LOOKING FOR TALENTED PEOPLE LIKE YOU!!

Knowing that you’re making a difference to people’s lives is rewarding in itself. But our many roles offer much more than that. As well as helping you grow and develop your talent, we want you to feel proud of where you work and what you do.

We are recruiting for enthusiastic and highly skilled individuals to join our inpatient hospitalteam for Adults with Eating at Priory Marlow Hospital in High Wycombe as Registered General Nurses.

We offer a warm and nurturing environment where people receive intensive treatment for eating disorders including severe and enduring anorexia nervosa. There are also a number of places for patients with complex needs. We work together to achieve the best possible outcomes and quality of life for everyone in our care.

Together we will reflect on, explore and understand the patient’s needs, helping them to develop the skills to build a new positive outlook, confidence and skills for a positive future. We will work through the process of creating a personal identity outside of their eating disorder as well as helping to build social networks within the community.

As a Registered Nurse you will undertake and manage direct patient care, having participated fully in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs. Undertake the delivery of care, including individual and group sessions, to agreed quality standards as prescribed by internal procedures and health legislation.

We offer consistent support, training and professional development and we look to ensure that our Nurses do what they love.

Currently, in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act you are required to be double vaccinated against Covid-19 and to provide evidence of this before you are able to commence employment with us, or provide a valid medical exemption.  Albeit this still remains the case, the Government has recently announced their intention to reconsider this under the Health and Social Care Act.  Therefore, you are invited to submit your application, with the understanding that should the current position be repealed your application would be progressed in line with Priory’s recruitment policy. Any changes to legislation will be reflected in our recruitment policy.
