Role: Spanish Speaking Office Manager/Receptionist

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 dependent upon experience
Start: ASAP (Temporary to Permanent)
We are looking for a full-time Spanish speaking Office Manager/Receptionist to work in a family office setting in The City. You will represent the company as an ambassador and as the first person to welcome all guests, you will need to be very well presented at all times.
The core hours of works will primarily be 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday – Friday though flexibility is a must to ensure guests are exceptionally well looked after and the office is maintained to the highest standard. Your role will require you to uphold discretion and confidentiality to act as gatekeeper at all times. You will be responsible for the office’s general administration tasks from diary and event management to assisting the team when needed.
The ideal candidate for the role will speak both English and Spanish (with excellent written skills) and will have had experience working within a similar setting previously. You will have great attention to detail and be proactive within your position.
Please note that the salary offered for the role will depend on the candidate’s previous earnings, skills, qualifications and experience.
