    Legal Secretary role with remote working. Must be able to commute to Birmingham however.

    Client Details

    I am currently currently working with one of our well established clients to recruit a Legal Secretary in one of their locations in Birmingham.

    Description

    • Draft correspondence and legal documents.
    • Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports.
    • Manage client billing by preparing and sending out bills.
    • Communicate with clients to schedule meetings.
    • Manage, organise, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems.
    • Provide general administrative assistance.
    • The successful candidate will have excellent numeracy, IT, administration and organisation skills, together will a keen eye for detail.

    • Legal Secretary experience
    • A fresh, positive and proactive approach to your work
    • Conscientious, detail focused and hardworking but also relaxed and enjoys your work
    • Strong typing skills, ideally with digital dictation experience
    • Well organised, a strong communicator and available immediately
