    Vaccination Administrator – Covid Vaccination 

    Band: 3

    Hours: Long and short shifts are available. Opening hours are 8am to  8pm, Monday to Saturday and 8am to 6pm on Sundays.

    Base: Vaccinations Centres in the West area of North Wales

    Fixed Term: 31/05/2021

    We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our administrative teams to support the COVID19 vaccination delivery programme for North Wales.

    This is an exciting secondment opportunity to work at band 3 level and develop your administrative skills, applications are also welcome from staff currently working on bank contracts.

    The post holder will deal with daily departmental issues relating to the Covid vaccination booking centre, and provide administrative support to the vaccination team using the new Welsh Immunisation System (WIS). Full training will be given, due the speed this programme is being set up please be prepared for an immediate start date.

    Full and Part time positions are available. Long and short shift patterns are available to include 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 8am to 6pm on Sundays.
