9º) What are the characteristics of the transnational co-operation?

The European Commission, in its Communication of the guidelines for the Community Initiative EQUAL, establishes that the DP shall identify at least one partner from another Member State who should preferably work within the same theme and thematic field. Nonetheless, it is acceptable for a partner to work in a different area of intervention in its national scope, as long as the transnational working programme proves its potential value added and its coherence and complementary character with the project of the Spanish DP.
