12º)When will be published the first call for proposals? How much time is there to deliver a proposal ?

The first call for proposals is expected to be launched by the end of March, once the ICP is approved. The deadline to deliver proposals will be established in the call for proposals and should be, at least, 2 months after the call for proposals publication in the BOE (Spanish Official Bulletin).
