The Accumulated Union Assets include properties owned by the General State Administration and which, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4/1986, of 8 January, on the Transfer of Accumulated Union Assets, are transferred for the use of union and business organisations so that they can carry out the functions recognised by the legal system.

The management of the transfer regime for use by the unions and business associations of the accumulated union assets as well as the management of the historical union assets without prejudice to the powers attributed to other higher and managerial bodies of the ministry corresponds to the Undersecretariat of Labour and Social Economy, through the Main Official’s Office.

The management acts of these assets include purchase and sale transactions, as well as property exchanges throughout the national territory, of which information will be offered through this website.
