The National Strategy for the Promotion of Self-Employment 2022-2027 (ENDITA) has among its strategic axes "Axis 6: Ensure gender equality in self-employment", promoting measures to prevent women from leaving their jobs after maternity and creating incentives for self-employed women.

If you live in rural areas or want to develop your business in rural areas, there is the Rural Women's Challenge Programme.

This programme is an initiative of the Women's Institute co-financed by the European Social Fund.

The Rural Women's Challenge is aimed at helping you with advice, training, resources and also grants and funding.
