Within the actions in the scope of the social economy carried out by the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy, we can differentiate:
The development of this Integral Plan for the promotion of the social economy will be mainly through the award of grants on a competitive basis to social economy entities, in accordance with article 5 of Law 5/2011 of 29 March on the social economy through:
2022-2023 call
Order TES/1233/2022, of 5 December, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the Integral Plan for the Promotion of the Social Economy for the Integral Plan for the Promotion of Social Economy for the generation of an inclusive and sustainable economic framework and approving the call for aid for innovative projects for the years 2022 and 2023, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
This order is included in the Strategic Subsidies Plan (SSP) 2020-2022, approved by Order of the Minister of Labour and Social Economy of 30 June 2020, and at the same time, it is integrated within the framework of the Strategic Project for Economic Recovery and Transformation (hereinafter PERTE, as per its Spanish acronym) for a Social and Care Economy.
It sets out the regulatory bases and the call for applications for aid on a competitive basis to promote the social economy from an innovative approach, focusing on the capacity for adaptation and resilience of social economy enterprises.
In order to extend the deadlines for the implementation of eligible projects and actions, Order TES/1163/2023, of 24 October, extending the deadlines for carrying out eligible projects and actions, and for justifying the aid, provided for in Order TES/1233/2022, of 5 December, which establishes the regulatory bases for the subsidised projects and actionswas published , which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the Integral Plan for the Promotion of Social Economy for the generation of an inclusive and sustainable economic fabric and which approves the call for aid for innovative projects for the years 2022 and 2023, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, has been published.
Finally, on 27 September 2023, the Official State Gazette published in the Official State Bulletin the Order TES/1069/2023, of 22 September 2023which grants aid under the Integral Plan for the Promotion of Social Economy for the Generation of an Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Fabric for the years 2022 and 2023, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
2024-2025 call
Order TES/869/2023, of 22 July, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the Integral Plan for the Promotion of Social Economy for the Generation of an Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Framework, under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
Following the first call for grants, the Council of Ministers approved the Agreement approving the Addendum to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan on 7 June 2023, by resolution of the Undersecretary for Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation. This Addendum continues the process of recovery and modernisation of the Spanish economy, with the purpose of strengthening institutional, economic and social cohesion and resilience. On the basis of this Addendum, the bases order TES 869/2023 of 22 July is enacted. The goal of this order is to specify the legal regime that will apply for the awarding of subsidies on a competitive basis, in accordance with article 17 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Law on Subsidies, in projects related to the social economy.
As a result of this Order TES 869/2023, of 22 July, the Order of 5 December 2023 was published in the Official State Gazette of 11 January 2024, announcing the grants of the Integral Plan to Promote Social Economy for the generation of an inclusive and sustainable economic fabric, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, for the years 2024 and 2025. The aim of this aid is to carry out social economy projects.
Order of 5 December 2023, of the Ministry of Labour and the Social Economy which calls for grants for the Integral Plan for the Promotion of Social Economy for the generation of an inclusive and sustainable economic fabric, within the framework of the RTRP. | Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan Government of Spain.
The Directorate General for Self-Employment, Social Economy and Corporate Social Responsibility, has carried out an annual award of grants for the promotion of the social economy, and the defrayal of the maintenance costs of the social economy entities referred to in Article 5 of Law 5/2011, of 29 March, on Social Economy through:
Order TES/739/2017, of 26 July, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for activities to promote self-employment, the social economy and corporate social responsibility and to cover the operating costs of associations of self-employed workers, cooperatives, labour companies, insertion companies and other entities representing the social economy at the state level.
Accordingly, the Extract of the Resolution of 20 April 2023of the Directorate General for Self-Employment, the Social Economy and Corporate Social Responsibility, approving the call for the award of grants for activities to promote self-employment, the social economy and corporate social responsibility and to cover operating costs, for the year 2023, was published.
