Promote specialised training for self-employment.

The modernisation of the productive fabric of self-employment (digitalisation, ecological transition, entrepreneurship in innovative and technology-based sectors, etc.) also requires the modernisation of the knowledge, competences and skills that self-employed workers possess. The "National Strategy for the Promotion of Self-Employment 2022-2027" therefore includes, as another one of its priorities, the implementation of a lifelong training plan specifically designed for self-employment that will enable its protagonists to face the challenges envisaged.

This training plan can also be a very useful tool for the promotion of a more egalitarian and inclusive self-employment, without gender gaps and promoting greater social cohesion.
